About the service
Bonvo provides businesses with loyalty program tools. The terms of each program are set by the business.
Bonuses are not money
Stamps, points and bonuses are not funds, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be exchanged for money.
Subscription
The subscription belongs to the business. If unpaid, new earnings are paused and data is kept.
Liability
Apple and Google provide card display in Wallet; updates may be delayed. The source of truth is the balance on the server.
Changes
Changes to the terms are published as a new version and do not cancel rewards already earned.
